It starts out slow with the track "Sober" adding that Hawaii beach vibe especially in the second part of the song. Kauai EP definitely has a new Gambino feel but with the same normal style as usual. Money Baby, Let Your Hair Blow, U Don't Have to Call, Candler Road and "All Yall" are very good interpretations of a good mixtape as well as the overall Gangsta Grillz mixtape feel blending songs together and tracklist order. I really like the first song on the tape where he spits over 'Southern Hospitality' because as all ATL heads know, thats the anthem. Hawaiian shirts, short shorts, no socks and sneakers has this man dreaming in all directions in music. As far as Atlanta rap goes, he shows the culture of atl hip hop by paying respects to down south artists by covering their beats and killing it. Kauai is consisted of all original music that you can Stream or purchase on iTunes.

A beat which is, apparently, winter-ready. Under Zanski’s thumb, the lyrics have been magically woven into a soulful beat. The track, which was released as the first single of Because the Internet and once stood as a radio hit, has been entirely re-imagined. But instead of looking to Bino’s fresh content, the Canadian scooped out a blast from the past, or rather, last October: 3005. In fact, in the words of Consequence of Sound, “ seems to be strictly ignoring negative scrutiny, instead making a clear attempt to honor the legacy of his native Atlanta/Stone Mountain, Georgia, resurrecting beats from the past decade and a half.” While all of this was going on, producer Zanski from Thunder Bay, Canada saw a way to take advantage of the Childish Gambino craze. On October 10, the lyricist from Stone Mountain, Georgia released the visuals to one of his tracks, Telegraph Ave (“Oakland” by Lloyd), off of the 2013 sophomore album Because the Internet. Like Zanski, a new love for Donald Glover, better known as Childish Gambino, has ignited within me.
